Terms of Use
Effective from 5 November 2026. These terms apply to all use of the website naughtyirish.com (the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these terms.
1. What the Website is
The Website is a classifieds platform for adults who want to get in touch with each other for dating, company and friendship. The Website does not arrange or provide any services, takes no part in any meetings and has no connection with the advertisers. We do not take any payment for meetings between users and we do not profit from anyone's sexual services.
Using the Website to offer, request or arrange sexual services for payment, or to facilitate anything unlawful under Irish law (including the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017), is forbidden. Ads that do so are removed.
2. Age limit
The Website is only for people aged 18 or over. Everyone appearing in ads, photos and the gallery must be at least 18. If you suspect that a minor appears anywhere on the Website, report it straight away through the contact page; such content is removed immediately.
3. Forbidden content
- content showing or suggesting people under 18;
- photos, phone numbers or other details of another person without their consent;
- offers of sexual services for payment, human trafficking, coercion or any other criminal activity;
- scams, fake profiles, premium rate numbers (1550, 1560, 1570, 1580, 1590) and paid text services;
- links to other websites and advertising for other services;
- content that infringes copyright or another person's privacy.
4. Ad content and sources
Ads are written by the advertisers themselves. Some ads have been taken from publicly available classifieds sites; the source is recorded internally and the ad is removed on request (section 8). We do not check the details in ads and are not responsible for their accuracy. Be careful and never send money in advance to anyone you do not know.
5. Informational texts
The texts on city, theme and category pages are general and descriptive. They do not describe a particular person, a particular offer or what is actually available at any given time.
6. Posting ads
To post an ad you need an account with a confirmed email address. Ads are free and have no time limit; you can edit or delete your ad whenever you like under My account or with the link you receive after posting. A phone number may only be used in one active ad.
7. Moderation
We may hide, edit or remove ads, photos, comments and accounts that break these terms without notice, and block phone numbers, email addresses and technical identifiers used for abuse.
8. Reporting and removal
If your number, your photo or other information about you appears in an ad without your consent, or if an ad is illegal or fake, use the "Report this ad" link on the ad or the contact page. We normally remove such content within 24 hours. The single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) for users and authorities is the same contact page; we answer in English.
9. Rights to the Website's content
The design, texts, structure and database of the Website belong to the service provider. Automated collection, copying or republishing of content from the Website (scraping, bots, crawlers) without written permission is forbidden. By posting content you give us the right to show it on the Website for as long as it stays online.
10. External links and partners
The Website contains links and ads for dating services run by our partners. They are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content.
11. Liability
The Website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for contacts, meetings or agreements between users, for the content of ads or for interruptions to the service.
12. User account
You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. You can delete your account under My account; your ads then go offline.
13. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
14. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page and applies from the day it is published.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes are decided by the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
